Are you customer focused, driven and always striving for service excellence?We are seeking a senior operational person to provide Tier 2 and 3 support for our global MK ERP systems running on Sun Solaris hardware and software. You will be responsible for maintaining our ERP server infrastructure ensuring its current optimal performance and up-time across the business, implementing new ERP servers into regional offices as the business grows, managing the performance and systems monitoring for our current ERP state and assist in the strategic roadmap as we look to move to a new ERP platform in the future. Essential to your operational requirements is the ability to provide MK ERP Technical and Applications support to our customers and the role involves customisations and enhancements to our ERP stack, so Ingres, RDMBS and/or SQL scripting knowledge will be highly considered.
As this is a senior role, candidates who have proven senior experience in an operational and team mentoring environment are sought after. You will work closely with all members of the ICT team and many areas of the business, so the ability to communicate well and positively build relationships is crucial.
