IT Application Analyst / IT Business Analyst - BAAN ERP, must be a US Citizen The Application Analysts act as technical leaders of IS to users or customers. They provide 2nd and limited 3rd level support in the problem resolution, installation, and/or tuning of user or customer systems and applications. They provide proactive support by monitoring system and application resources with tools and monitoring software. The Application Analysts provide the technical support which enables the successful ongoing implementation of business solutions. <span><span>Qualified candidates should have Bachelor’s degree or university program certificate; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two to six years of previous technical support experience is required. Candidates should thoroughly understand the principles and concepts of the key technology disciplines as well as a structured Project Management methodology. Previous experience with the following applications is preferred: Fortis, Baan, Epicor, Cobra, Winsight, Primavera, SysAid.
