Career History Techno-functional Highlights

Currently employed as a techno-functional consultant(Baan LN support, database support (MSSQL Version 7 and 2000), I'm also involved in the installation and maintenance of software for internal use (Baan LN,ASP.NET)


Employed as Baan's administrator where I integrated the Baan WINDOWS, MSSQL, Support Team. I participated in the implementation of new systems, in the migration of Baan's systems (Baan IV to LN) and Baan support on live systems.
Duties also included maintenance of those systems. I also participated in the "life cycle of service package implementation". Worked in an English and Arabic environment spoken.

Worked as a software developer for Softech Pvt Ltd. After One months training (Baan Programming), started developing reports (H.R., Purchase), before moving on to Database and Systems administration department.
Attended an internal training scheme (Oracle training). Had a client facing role, working on site as a techno-functional, responsible for installing and supporting Baan ERP software (BaaN LN) and also citrix in various Division. Participated and supported in the internal development systems.
