Our Client is looking for A Sr. Consultant to head the Baan Practice.
To deliver all Baan applications based projects and services required to support and enable business strategies and objectives.
To act as the principal contact point for delivery of technology services provided to ensure delivery standards and commitments from these areas are met.
KRAs : Planning, Solutions Delivery, Requirements definition. Technology project delivery, Application maintenance and enhancements. Solutions Support, Resource management, Systems integrity, Quality Assurance and Testing. Systems integrity and controls. Compliance to Group architectures and standards. Professional standards and productivity. IT plans, budgets and priorities clearly linked to business unit strategies and initiatives. Clearly defined work plans / priorities (i.e. Release contents). Business analysis and requirements definition linked to overall Business / IT plans. Solutions and changes are delivered on time and on budget to meet BU needs. SBU is satisfied that IT solutions delivery is meeting strategic objectives. Systems meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) as agreed. Appropriately skilled technology resources are available to meet BU demands. Management of BU IT budget (including STP components). Systems have high quality and low outages due to technology problems Systems integrity meets audit standards and customer needs. Systems and technology-related processes comply to Group standards and architectures. Development productivity and practices equivalent to leading commercial providers.
