ERP User Support Position Available

Profile:
- Multi-year experience in IT
- Basic hardware and network proficiency
- Experience as consultant or in user support for ERP LN 6.1 or BaanV
- Working knowledge of Baan-ERP development environment, forms and report programming
- Business-economics familiarity
- Quality management familiarity (Inspection/testing of goods received/produced; statistical process control) advantageous
- Windows OS and SQL Server familiarity
- English language proficiency

Responsibilities
- Support ERP users at all PI locations (some remote)
- Problem and fault analysis in ERP and when necessary associated systems, in cooperation with supplier support; test of supplier solutions, and, when required, applying customizations to ERP.
- Testing of new functions and modules, working out processes together with affected departments, assisting in implementation of new processes and modules
- Updating and creating forms from ERP
