Senior Business Systems Analyst

Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related field with minimum of 6 years of related experience, or a combination of related education and 8 years related experience.
Three or more years of project management experience.
Five or more years of Business Process Analysis experience.
Three plus years working with Baan IVc4 Manufacturing and Distribution packages preferred. Candidate must possess competent knowledge within these packages.
Knowledge and Skills:
Customer focused with the ability to effectively manage customer relations.
Strong analytical, listening, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Strong drive for technical innovation and a passion to deliver business value; results and value driven.
Solid creative thinking, learning agility, decision making, problem solving, reasoning, and visualization skills and abilities.
Strong business acumen and project management skills.
Responsible for the entire life cycle for high complexity projects including but not limited to: creation of project plans, research and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and documentation - following IS standards and procedures.
Gather/analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system design specifications.
