We are a manufacturing company looking for an Baan4c4 erp administrator. This is a permanent position and the prospective employee will need the following experience.
Location - Colorado, USA
Requirements
Supporting the ERP system by maintaining roles, authorizations, devices and jobs.
Partnering with other IS resources to apply service packs and hot fixes as appropriate.
Optimizing overall performance and system availability for core components and third-party add-ons.
Training and mentoring the IS group to better understand the ERP system and to be able to complete some of the administrative tasks.
Managing, designing and developing new customizations while supporting existing customizations that include reports, tables, sessions, forms and program scripts.
Working with the Development team to integrate the ERP system with other systems.
Providing functional support for the ERP system to all departments that use the system.
Performing annual functions such as archiving and year-end closing.
Monitoring and improving contingency and disaster recovery plans
Experience
Minimum three years Baan experience with a preference to IVc4.
Minimum three years experience with Microsoft BackOffice components and solutions.
Legal and Regulatory compliance experience (SOX & HIPAA).
Manufacturing, Finance, Warehouse management systems in a regulatory environment preferred.
Excellent business knowledge of all Baan modules.
Experience with Baan tools, 4GL, DLLs, indexes, EDI and SQL.
Experience with Baan DDC/scan gun tools.
Experience with international installations of Baan preferred.
Excellent communication skill both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
