- Database Administration (Oracle 10g & MS SQL)
Monitor backup logs and identify problems and solve them, insure the backup reliability by verification and regular test, maintenance of backup policy. Continuous database monitoring, fine tuning, insure the smooth database run, installing updates and upgrades, determine the best database architecture which suites each application to give the best speed performance

- Applications Administrator
Responsible of keeping the ERP application in good and running state, service packs and solutions installation, creating new users and provide the appropriate permissions and roles, troubleshooting and providing the solutions for applications errors, handling the helpdesk and responding to end users providing the right solutions.

UNIX & Windows system in depth knowledge, Oracle 10g & SQL database administration, administration of the supporting application to the ERP system (Citrix and print servers…), resolution of technical issues of AIX UNIX and MS Windows system updates.
