The Baan Technical-Functional Specialist requires in-depth knowledge of the sales, planning, purchasing, manufacturing and logistics business functions and the systems that enable their processes. The Specialist is a change agent who utilizes his/her knowledge of business and IT to drive process improvements leveraging best-practices and technology to their full extent. Responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing application development projects by analyzing, designing, coding and testing computer programs to meet business and performance requirements. Establish and enforce software development standards, methods, and production environment.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3+ years experience as a business/systems analyst, programming, consultant or equivalent. This position requires extensive experience with Baan v4. Experience with no source or products such as QKey and Wise Framework a plus. Must have the ability to work independently and part of a team, pick up new concepts quickly, self motivated and directed, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
