Position: BaanIVc4/ERP LN support manager
Driessen Aerospace Netherlands, B.V. is searching for a BaanIV/ERP ln support manager to take responsibility for the management and administration of BaanIVc4/ERP ln environments. Driessen Aerospace Netherlands is a truly global company with locations in Europe, America and Asia. These production and Sales facilities rely on Infor BaanIVc4 and ERP ln to automate many of the financial and production processes. We are looking for a new member of our highly dedicated and motivated team to support ERP ln and BaanIVc4.
Minimum qualifications:
Two-year degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work independently as well as with others.
Able to work under stressful conditions and meet critical deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (Read, write, and speak English fluently)
Experience generating reports and datasets from databases.
Two years experience with Baan IVc4, ERP ln or other ERP package.
BaanIV or ERP ln systems administration experience
Experience giving both functional and technical support to users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of multiple BaanIVc4 or ERP modules. Including : Distribution, finance, and services.
Experience with HP-UX environment.
Working knowledge of Oracle databases and their components (9i and beyond)
Strong SQL language skills.
Experience modifying Baan IV reports, sessions, forms, and menus.
Location:
This position can either be located at our headquarters in The Netherlands or at our Garden Grove, CA, USA facility.
Special requirements:
Must be eligible to work in The Netherlands or the USA. We will not be able to sponsor for a work visa in either country (USA or The Netherlands).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include managing and administrating BaanIVc4/ERP ln implementations in three locations. You will be required to provide functional and technical support to Driessen employees. You will act as the catalyst to bring together external support and the users to solve day to day issues dealing with ERP ln and BaanIVc4. Together with the ICT team you will assist in upgrading all the current BaanIVc4 environments to ERP ln. A can-do and positive attitude is very important for this function and a 9-5 attitude will not fit.
