BAAN Techno-Functional Analyst/Programmer
LeCroy, a leader in the oscilloscope market, is currently looking for a BAAN Techno functional Programmer/Analyst to be part of a small BAAN 5c ERP support team. LeCroy use Baan 5c as their WorldWide enterprise system.
This individual will work on new functionality implementation / enhancement projects as well as functionally and technically supporting a geographically wide spread 150 + user base through an established helpdesk system. In addition he/she will be part of the team which is responsible for maintenance of Baan ERP / PDM systems which involves patching, service pack updates, installations and upgradation. He/She will also have to back fill for other team members during absences.
He/She is expected to have good troubleshooting and problem solving skills in one or more functional areas of Baan ERP 5c, Above Average to good skills in Baan Tools.
Overall objectives are user satisfaction, productivity, and system extension.
Responsibilities:
Provide functional support to the BAAN user base
Provide technical support to users (Customizations, design, coding, testing)
Take responsibility for solution and closure of BAAN helpdesk requests in support of worldwide user base.
Project team member, and leader, in BAAN extension projects. Active participant in Business process meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years BAAN experience with good functional knowledge in one or more areas like Manufacturing, Distribution and Finance. Willingness to learn and work on functional areas in which he/she has no expertise.
Programming experience with Baan Tools.
BAAN Certification in Functional Areas or Tools is a plus ; exposure to SQL queries is a plus
BAAN MultiSite experience is a plus
