Large Software Company has a need for a Business Analyst/ Business Consultants for its professional services group. Works as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant on product implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit projects. Expertise and work efforts are focused on the analysis of the customer’s business goals, objectives and needs and the general business environment. Duties usually performed at customer’s site. Serves as pre-sales support specialist when needed. Operates under moderate supervision on projects, usually involving single products or single platforms. Typically reports to a Business Consulting Manager. Usually requires 18 months to three years of experience in relevant distribution or manufacturing industry business practices, business consulting or technical consulting. You will work on projects involving the implementation of a Distribution Software solution. Work efforts focus on the analysis of the customer’s business goals, objectives and needs, and the general business environment.* Analyzes customer’s; business requirements and technology objectives; develops a project design to meet customer’s; business needs.*Configures software solution to meet customer requirements. Train end users on customer specific business processes.*Communicates project status internally and externally.*Experience with Baan LN (Distribution, Manufacturing, and/or Technical).
Travel of 70% is required. Candidate can live in most major US cities.
Base salary to $85k annually (plus variable compensation = total pakage of $110k)
