This position provides senior level, expert business consultative services as part of the OneNeck customer team supporting Baan IVc4 finance users for a manufacturing company. This position will be initially located in Kansas City, MO and may require some travel.

We help our customers leverage their enterprise applications to deliver measurable business benefits. OneNeck enables customers to focus on strategic IT initiatives resulting in a greater return on their IT investment.
SKILLS NECESSARY:
• Demonstrates a working knowledge, skill, ability and aptitude for any Tier 1 ERP Finance Application Support.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Design and document solutions for moderate to complex business requirements in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
• Use analytical skills to quickly identify resolutions to incidents and assist in overall problem resolution.
• Maintains professional demeanor and communications with expert customer service and support.
• Provides excellent verbal and written communications with our customers, management, and peers.
• Adds value and contributes to customer/project initiatives by understanding and anticipating business requirements of the customer.
• Serves as a knowledge resource for other consultants in their area of expertise.
• Responsible for customers' satisfaction with his/her deliverables.
• Develops a thorough understanding of and adheres to OneNeck delivery processes and the processes of the Customer(s) he/she works on.
• Leads technical and business related teams on project work under the direction of the Manager.
EDUCATION:
• Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, Finance).
YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3-5 years Financial Industry experience in Application Support.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Finance in an ERP implementation and/or support role
