Provides senior level, expert business consultative services as part of an OneNeck Customer Team to our customers.
This position provides consultative support to Baan IVc4 finance users for a manufacturing company. May require travel once a month to visit with users on site.
SKILLS NECESSARY:
Demonstrates a working knowledge, skill and ability for Baan Finance Application Support.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounted Principals
Must be able to design and document solutions for moderate to complex business requirements in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
Must be able to use analytical skills to quickly identify resolutions to incidents and assist in problem resolution.
Maintains professional demeanor and communications with customers by providing expert customer service and support.
Provides excellent verbal and written communications with our customers, management, and peers.
Adds value and contributes to customer/project initiatives by understanding and anticipating business requirements of the customer.
Must serve as a knowledge resource for other consultants in their area of expertise.
Responsible for customersÂ’ satisfaction with his/her deliverables.
Develops a thorough understanding of and adheres to OneNeck delivery processes and the processes of the Customer(s) he/she works on
This position is expected to be asked to lead technical and business related teams on project work under the direction of Customer Manager.
Education:
- Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, Finance).
Years of Related Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years Financial Industry experience in Application Support.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with Baan Finance in an implementation and/or support role.
