Provides senior level, expert business consultative services as part of an OneNeck Customer Team to our customers.

This position provides consultative support to Baan IVc4 finance users for a manufacturing company. May require travel once a month to visit with users on site.

SKILLS NECESSARY:
 Demonstrates a working knowledge, skill and ability for Baan Finance Application Support.
 Demonstrates a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounted Principals
 Must be able to design and document solutions for moderate to complex business requirements in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
 Must be able to use analytical skills to quickly identify resolutions to incidents and assist in problem resolution.
 Maintains professional demeanor and communications with customers by providing expert customer service and support.
 Provides excellent verbal and written communications with our customers, management, and peers.
 Adds value and contributes to customer/project initiatives by understanding and anticipating business requirements of the customer.
 Must serve as a knowledge resource for other consultants in their area of expertise.
 Responsible for customersÂ’ satisfaction with his/her deliverables.
 Develops a thorough understanding of and adheres to OneNeck delivery processes and the processes of the Customer(s) he/she works on
 This position is expected to be asked to lead technical and business related teams on project work under the direction of Customer Manager.

Education:
- Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, Finance).

Years of Related Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years Financial Industry experience in Application Support.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with Baan Finance in an implementation and/or support role.
