We are currently looking for a contract junior/intermediate Business Analyst with Baan IV experience in purchasing, receiving and subcontracting for the remainder of 2006.

The work will consist of implementing an existing RF/Bar code receiving interface. Specifically:

- Perform an initial “beta” test of the interface software
- Work with users to define testing scenarios
- Work with users to scenario test the software
- Develop user and system documentation
- Train users
- Provide go-live support

Secondary projects will include :

- Working with end users to define a subcontracting interface for the RF/bar code receiving software and writing a functional/technical specification for software development

- Working with users to define an adaptive count/inspection algorithm and writing a specification for future inclusion of that functionality in the RF Receiving software.

The contractor would need to be comfortable working on a manufacturing floor with unionized staff. This position is only available for candidates currently legally able to work in Canada and will primarily be of interest to those located in Southern Ontario as travel will not be compensated.
