--- About the Position ---
Seeking an experienced Baan Systems Analyst to provide functional troubleshooting and support. The candidate will work with users at all levels to define requirements, conduct gap analysis and recommend best practice processes that can be implemented in Baan5c. Requirements also include providing production support to the Finance, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Sales, Purchasing, and Enterprise Planning modules of Baan5c. Additional responsibilities include compiling end-user training materials and conducting training sessions, preparing the necessary documentation of IT processes and solutions implemented, working with SSA OnePoint support to resolve system issues, and working with the systems administrators to implement patches, develop test procedures and conduct thorough testing.

Required: B.S. in a scientific or accounting field, at least 5 years of experience supporting Baan with a minimum of 3 years in a Baan5c environment, and prior experience with at least 2 full cycles of Baan implementation (from pre go-live to production support). APICS certification or coursework, 3+ years providing ad-hoc query support using SQL, and hands-on experience with Baan archiving is highly desirable. Candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and Word skills, and be willing to work as part of a team.

Compensation depending on relevant experience. $90,000 - $110,000
