US Holdings, Inc., a successful group of manufacturing companies in the construction industry, based in Miami, Florida has a position available for an individual that can become our BaaN Administrator/Support Coordinator.

We are seeking a person experienced in BaaN Tools and Logistics or Finance. We are looking for someone that is technologically aware and can learn new technologies – Oracle/Linux/blade servers – to make BaaN and other supporting systems more efficient for our users.

Responsibilities:

Functional user support – responding to users’ issues, questions, or requests
Development – customizing sessions and reports in BaaN and other applications Business Analysis – of the business requirements of users’ requests
Technical liaison – work with IT team to test and deliver BaaN related solutions to users
Training – determining, recommending, and executing user training

Experience and Skills:

BaaN Functional experience – Logistics, Finance, and Tools
BaaN Administration experience
Report writing experience – BaaN SQL, Crystal, Cognos, or other
Working experience with Windows and Linux environments
Database experience – Oracle, SQL, or other


Customer service and interpersonal skills – highly recommended
Good communication skills
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Programming experience – VB, C++, or other 3/4GL and UNIX, a plus.
