We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst within our Information Technology / MIS group, to support our various U.S. locations. This position can be located in either our Santa Clara, CA office or in our Beverly (North Boston), MA office.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
This Business Analyst will coordinate and support all issues impacting the supply chain and manufacturing for our various subdivisions across the country.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Provide application and troubleshooting support to Baan Manufacturing and Distribution users at our various domestic locations
*Assist in implementing new business processes and applications
*Effectively understand Manufacturing tools like Baan, Agile.
*Work in cross-functional teams to define & manage information technology related projects *Work with User Project Leader to develop and manage project plans to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
*Participate in periodic management review of projects to communicate project status, present business process improvements, demonstrate application functionality, and ensure project sponsor's needs are being met.
*Perform detailed-level analysis of existing systems for problem solving and improvements.
Work with business users to analyze and re-engineer complex business processes.
*Develop customized queries, reports and forms for end users using Baan
*Work with Baan Support for problem resolution
*Coordinate and work with Baan infrastructure leader.
*Develop Crystal reports
*Some travel will be required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors degree or advance degree desired
*At least 5 years experience as a Business System Analyst with manufacturing experience desired
*Knowledge of Baan essential; Knowledge of Crystal Reports essential
*Willingness to travel domestically required, approximately 25-40%
