Skills and Experience:
BA/BS/MBA/CPA or equivalent., six or more years supporting manufacturing business systems with a focus on finance and accounting areas and applications. Two plus years of implementation and support of BaaN Finance and Accounting preferably in an environment with multiple manufacturing entities, Two plus years in analyzing and developing business processes. Must be strong in functional areas of BaaN Finance. Project Management and business systems validation experience will be helpful. Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and application suites (Word, Excel, Access, Project and Visio.) Capable of translating business requirements into system applications and processes. Proficient in using BaaN tools. Good communicator and be able to work in a team environment. Ability to organize and conduct training sessions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, Implement, manage and support Finance and Accounting modules of BaaN. Provide functional and technical expertise by working closely with our internal customers (Business users) to extend, enhance and customize BaaN application and to improve and automate business processes. Key player in the implementation of next generation ERP system, likely to be SSA ERP LN
