I have through working knowledge of Baan Tools including Installation, testing, loading and updating patches using PMC utility. Creating dumps and installing it across different platforms. I am well versed with all Tools modules like Version Release Customization, Package Combinations and data definitions & Customization new reports.
On top of all this, I was the primary source of support for the internal LAN/PC Networks, diagnosing hardware, software and networking issues. If there was something technical issues that needed to be dealt with - network, phone, PCs, office equipment.
