Application Support Analyst II
Job Description: Provides Information Technology support for BaaN Finance Team. This support will include analyzing problems in ERP systems and formulating successful solutions. This position will also act as the advocate for issues that occur as part of system maintenance and support. The successful candidate will assist with the implementation of the newly released version SSA ERP LN.
Job Requirements:
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3 - 5 years BaaN Version 4.C.4 Finance functional experience required.
- 2 - 5 years exposure to Logistics/Manufacturing Environment.
- Must understand Baan finance integration especially with the financial area and associated manufacturing and distribution transactions, and cost accounting
- Must understand baan tables to develop new solutions and experience with Baan Tools is a plus.
- Experience with Taxware preferred
- Proficiency in Crystal Report Writer preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to manage task to completion on time and accurately.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume tight deadline environment.
- Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated flexibility and teamwork.
- Ability to take complex issues and simplify.
- Acts with a sense of urgency.
- Able to work closely with programmers and developers to resolve various functional issues.
- 10% travel
