SUMMARY OF POSITION: We Require a Baan IV c4 Functional Consultant who has expert knowledge in logistics business principles and Baan distribution for a customer support role.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Provide implementation consulting, analysis, support and configuration of BaaN Distribution modules. The successful candidate must possess excellent business knowledge of Logistics. Provide functional support for installed BaaN Customers. Provides project reporting as required. Hands on implementation and coordination of all business materials and training information. Define and develop system software requirements for departments supporting enterprise business requirements. Problem analysis and resolution. Work closely with IT, business owners, software development and various key and end-users, managers and other BaaN consultants on project and support objectives.
SKILLS NECESSARY: 5 years of functional BaaN experience with extensive experience in distribution. 5 years of analysis and problem solving. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Working knowledge of Baan Manufacturing would be desirable. BaaN V or SSA LN experience would be a plus
EDUCATION: Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, engineering).
