I am a technical recruiter who is assisting a colleague in a search she is conducting for a client in the Chicago area. Her client, a large multi-million dollar manufacturer is looking for a Director of IT - this person must have a strong background in BAAN and will lead these implementations and upgrades throughout the company. The position pays to $140k+ bonus and they will consider out of state candidates who are willing and able to relocate themselves. Candidates MUST have some recent corporate experience -- pure consulting/contracting backgrounds will not be considered.
