Great Software Company in the Atlanta Georgia area is looking to fill a ERP Supply Chain
Staff Consulting position.
This is a staff consulting position...Not a contract position.
What they would like is someone with a few years of recent SCM consulting experience with
either a software vendor like Baan,SAP, JD Edwards, etc. or with a consulting firm like
Deloitte, Accenture, etc.
Must be willing to travel 85-100% of the time.
Salary is to $85K (maybe more) with bonuses based on billable hours, company credit card,
and good benefits.
*Description:
Responsible for the successful implementation of the companys supply chain management
application to projects assigned.
Typical duties include the following:
The supply chain management suite of products include: Demand Planning, Advance Planning
Scheduling, Sales & Operation Planning, Inventory Planning, Sales Forecasting.
Set-up of the supply chain management application.
Training clients on the functionality of the WMS application.
Instructing clients on the best operating practices.
Verification that the solution improves the overall effectiveness of the customer.
Communicate effectively the requirements of the projects
Assist in managing resources and the clients resources to meet the objectives of the projects.
Responsible for the design, preparation, maintenance and execution of the supply chain
management implementation methodology that will be deployed in North America.
Assist Sales when required to market and sell the supply chain management solution to prospects.
Actively Participate at regular Director conference calls and meetings.
* Requirements:
-4 yr College degree.
-Would like someone with a 4-5 years of recent SCM consulting experience with
either a software vendor like SAP, JD Edwards, etc. or with a consulting firm like
Deloitte, Accenture, etc. (This is not a sr level position).
-Practical experience in implementing A supply chain management system either as
a consultant or as an employee.
-Experience working in a Process Manufacturing industry
-The individual must be dynamic, resourceful and energetic
-Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of management.
-Must be able to travel 85 - 100% of the time..
-Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
