Job Title: Finance Systems Analyst
Dept: IT
Summary
Provides Information Technology support for Baan Finance Team. This support will include analyzing problems in ERP systems and formulating successful solutions. This position will also act as the advocate for issues that occur as part of system maintenance and support.
Responsibilities
Provide front line IT support for Baan Finance team.
Define, implement and support third party systems and their integration with Baan.
Facilitate training and software testing sessions with end users.
Define requirements for developers.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
2 - 5 years exposure to Logistics/Manufacturing Environment.
2 - 5 years BaaN Finance functional experience.
Proficiency in Crystal Report Writer preferred.
Familiar with the integrated nature of the Baan ERP package, especially with the financial area and associated manufacturing and distribution transactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Skills/Attributes/Qualifications
Ability to manage task to completion on time and accurately.
Strong problem solving, communication, and project management skills.
Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume tight deadline environment.
Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including conflict resolution.
Demonstrated flexibility and teamwork.
Ability to take complex issues and simplify.
Acts with a sense of urgency.
Able to work closely with programmers and developers to resolve various functional issues.
