I am a technical recruiter and one of my best clients, a $220M manufacturing company located in suburban Philadelphia (about 40 miles west), needs a Baan Functional Analyst with strong finance experience. This is a permanent position (not contracting) and the description is as follows:
The functional analyst provides expertise in the area of finance, accounting and cost analysis. Provide hands on implementation and coordination of all business materials and training information. Define and develop system software requirements for various corporate finance departments supporting Enterprise Business Requirements (ERB). Act as the liaison between IT, and Finance, Accounting and various end-users, managers and other Baan consultants on project objectives.
Requirements:
The person must have strong Baan Functional background with financial modules and experience implementing functional objectives throughout several projects in the past 3-5 years. Must be an excellent project manager, team player and possess strong business skills with superior knowledge of finance and cost accounting.
