BAAN ERP Implementation Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina:
We are seeking an experienced BAAN IV ERP Implementation manager for a full time opportunity with an international company in the greater Charlotte, NC area.
Candidates must be very strong leading a BAAN implementation. Knowledge of AS400 RPG Mapics would be helpful as this is the current platform. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills are vital.
Must be able to work with a user community who has no previous experience with BAAN and assist with a major technology overhaul. Candidates will need to be able to display knowledge of how to guide the development and analysis teams through the implementation and help prepare for the problems that arise during a major implementation. The ability to train and mentor is very important.
