Work with users in defining, gathering, and documenting business
requirements. This would involve extensive customer interaction and interviewing. Generating technical/Functional specifications – for recommended customizations. Play a key role in the planning, testing, and implementation of system enhancements production support with special emphasis on finance issues involving integrations, year-end close, reconciliation etc.

Functions as a Technical liaison - Work with IT team to test and deliver BaaN related solutions to users

Training users – determining, recommending, and executing functional training

Experience and Skills

5+ years of Business Analyst experience including gathering and documentation of business requirements.
Expert level knowledge in the areas of Finance(Integrations), Distribution, and Manufacturing,Mulit Company Set up & EDI
Excellent analytical, and written and oral communication skills.
Working experience with Windows, UNIX environments
database expertise – Expert level knowledge of the Baan tables & relations ships
Some programming expertise –SQL,Baan,PL/SQL

Would prefer candidates with APICS certifications
