Since when are 35yrs+ employees not worth hiring anymore? I can live with certain local customs but realize that recruiting by age or sex only is illegal in alot of countries.

Now I really feel old. This is the last year I can call myself thirty-something.
What happened to the value of life skills, experience, riping?

Does this mean the value of aged merlot will go down too?

Maybe this old-timer should start looking out for a retirement retreat in Arizona or Portugal.
