Primary Function:
„h Provide Information Systems technical support and lead technical project activity for Kendro Laboratory Products BaaN ERP system

Functional Responsibilities

„h Responsible for development work on Kendro¡¦s Enterprise Resource Planning system, and support of the ERP system from the technical perspective
„h Responsibilities will include analysis of business requirements, programming, system support, and troubleshooting
„h Provide support for Kendro Information Systems to maintain appropriate levels of reliability and availability
„h Work with functional process owners to develop system improvements and support levels
„h Act as the liaison between Kendro and external resources on initiatives using outside developers

Essential Functions of the Position
„h Ability to travel to domestic and international Kendro facilities

Experience and Education
„h A Bachelors degree or Associates degree in a computer related field. Work experience could be substituted for an actual degree

Experience Profile
Required:
„h Five years of Information Systems analysis/programming experience, with 2 ¡V 3 years of Baan Enterprise Resource Planning system programming experience
„h Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix operating system
„h Skills in systems analysis and design
„h Knowledgeable of manufacturing business processes
„h Skills in problem solving, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking
„h Ability to work independently and as part of a team
„h Good written and oral communication skills

Desired:

„h Experience with CRM, SFA, eCommerce
„h Experience with Crystal Reports, Vertex tax software, Merkur fax software, EDI, DDC
„h Experience with business intelligence software and report writing tools
