client is implementing the quality module. The current requirement I have is to do initial training of the project team (currently 3 guys, no more than 5) in it's functionality. This team is very technical and typically loses sight of the user needs. I've been told it we are looking at a 3 day effort and we want to start in 2 weeks if not sooner. Also this could lead into user requirement analysis, customization specification generation and end user training.
