Immediate requirement for Functional Team Leads with Baan V implementation experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Functional/Team lead for Baan implementation project
- Defining business processes and mapping to Baan software
- Gap Analysis and recommendations for business process
improvements
- Provide training to core team members on Core Baan
functionality
- Assist in procedure development and business process testing
- Working with key departmental users in resolving process
related issues
- Write functional specifications for customizations/report design
- Testing of customizations and reports
- Assist in end user training and deployment of the Baan system


Desired skills/requirements include:

- Excellent knowledge of Baan Manufacturing/Logistics modules,
includig Baan V
- Prior implementation experience with Baan V
- Atleast one complete life-cycle implementation with Baan
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and motivate other team
members
- Ability to drive decision making and work with minimum
assistance/supervision from Project Management
