I am using Baan IV on Win 7, However when I use any display sessions, it shows ghost of previous records which makes reading records very difficult. Any help.

Which version of the BaanIV client are you using? We're on 101/102 without any display-problems (running Win7 also).

Have solve the problem, used Clear Type. Got the solution from another thread in the Forum.
