Whether anyone have any idea about Infor project of making Indian Localisation in Standard Baan. And when it will be available to the Indian LN Users.

It will be available in FP2 scheduled for release in 3rd quarter 2007. Service and project related localization will be avaialble little later.

This is a real good news if FP2 will be made available with Indian Localisation.

India Localization Already delivered in FP2. Projects is also part of this delivery. Service will come a little later. (By November 2007).

India Localization of Infor is already in market. It covers areas like VAT, Service Tax, Excise (Incoming / Outgoing), TDS, Projects (Works Contract Tax), Imports...
Another release is underway which covers more areas like Other Charges, Direct Delivery, RG23D, some improvements in finance. These are what I know. I am not sure, if more features are planned.

User guide comes along with the media itself. Do you have the FP2 India localization version at your place?

There are atleast 10 companies using FP2 India Localization.

The list includes but not limted to:

Vijai Electricals, Virgo Engineers, Kent RO Systems, LML, Temasek, Uniparts etc
