Baan have a lot of different documents describing how to migrate according to their methodolgy, TARGET.
A document describing migration in general is attached.
(The file is to big, please send me your e-mail address and I'll send the file).

I guess you can get more information from Baan (or a Baan partner) regarding the Migration Project approach.
