I have installed Smart Audit on 2 windows servers and it has sent 3 weeks of audit data to Infor. However, twice I have received messages from Infor Audit regarding us turning off the software.

Smart Audit was installed on system console and both servers are up 24 x 7. Has anyone had such a problem? How can I correct this?
