my name is Radiah, a research student with Aston Univ, Birmingham in United Kingdom. I intend, in fact, am required to carry out case studies in Malaysia to study the impact of ERP on organisational change of Malaysian companies. Hence, it is critical for me to get access to companies adopting ERP systems in Malaysia.

All information will be strictly treated as confidential and used only for academic purposes only. i need help from you to:

1. identify companies employing ERP in Malaysia;
2. get access to your company/ customer's company etc.;

I am wondering whether ERP has been applied in Service sector as well? anybody knows about it?
