Looking for advice and recommendations on an external job scheduler that can perform the following

ERP LN Jobs (ERP LN is the main of the processing)
SQL Server Jobs
Window Scripts
Jobs on Multiple Servers
Job Executed based on other Job completing/Dependencies
Event Driven
Time Driven
Email Notifications
File Transfers (Internal and External)
