A prospect looking to buy LN has asked which partners can supply ERP LN in Europe? I can't find a list of partners on the Infor website (just a list of 'benefits' of being an Infor partner!) - are there any??

Who we are?
We are an Infor ERP Reseller – C3 Consulting Group - in Germany who is implementing Infor ERP LN worldwide.
Our team consists of about 25 consultants and programmers.
Actually we are implementing Infor ERP LN for an Austrian company in Indonesia.
After that we will continue in South America, Hungary and then Germany.

Our consultants are working for our customers in Japan, Spain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, …

I'd suggest that you contact Infor directly if you need new/additional licenses. I'm sure they will also give you information about partners in your area.
