I currently cannot reach ftp.support.baan.com any longer. I already filed an incident with Infor, they say there's no problem. But from my side, it looks like the whole baan.com domain seems to have fallen out of the domain name system.

Can someone of you confirm this? Or are you still able to download solutions, and if so, from what adress?

Yes, it seems that the ftp download is not possible at the moment.
I always get a timeout error. :(
