It will be in your Baan Client installation folder ...
In my case its

C:\Program Files\baan\Baan Windows\help

There are nothing about TT help after you installed the Baan.
Only the service part(Mfg. Fin, Distribution part) have the help file come by with the Infor software by CD.
but, There are nothing about TT part. if some one have this material, would mind send one copy to me :

You can generate help files using ttadv5245m000 - at least on my version of 4C4.

On ERPLN the help file is comes with the Dynamic Form Editor Installer
