I'm looking for anyone with experience in Relation Management as used in ERP LN who is willing to speak to the use (and abuse) of the functionality. In particular,I'd like to see how close you can get to CRM using Relation Management.

This is a point of maintaining data only and not close to CRM. It is just a data entry point only.

Not quite... Infor is currently investing a lot in SMI (Sales and Marketing Info) and with FP6 and FP7 Infor will deliver a lot of enhancements in this area.IF you're interested in this let me know.

If you are thinking about CRM forget about Relation management if ERP LN. It is nowhere near CRM concept.
