The Irish helpdesk had some excellent (training) documentation available online.
Although I don't believe it was intended for public viewing. I have both the address and a copy of the documents (gotta grab what you can, right? ;) ) on another PC.

I am working as functional & technical consultant in Wipro. But still I feel I have lot of Gaps. I am quite good in Manufacturing, Distribution, tools & DEM. But with proper documentation I can fill the Gaps.
