I haven't heard much about them lately. Are they still having problems? Is their Baan implementation project still going ahead?

I beleive the current situation is as follows:

As and when an Invensys Company requires new software, Baan will be implemented, but there will not be the global roll out across all sites as was planned

Hearing a lot about Invensys restructuring plans and lay-offs
after the stocks collapsed a lot
Any Ideas/comments about Baan getting spun-off into a different entity

After all this...I feel implementing baan in all the sites is a long way down the lane !
