What kind of parameter tuninig you are looking eck for is that for db_resource or in database,if you are looking for database tuning, you can get them in www.infro365.com/documents and check for tuning documents.

Currently the best reference is Help in LN. Maybe you can tell us specifically which parameters you have questions about.
