We are evaluating document management systems to print, e-mail, fax and archive documents from Baan. We have looked at Streamserve, Deliveryware and Acom EzEDocs.

To all of you that have these installed: Would you recommend them to others? Were there any surprises during the installation or with the functionality of the product? How is the technical support? Any and all comments will be very much appreciated.

You should look at Hyland Software in Cleveland. http://www.onbase.com/english/index.aspx They have been growing and setting the pace in workflow and document management solutions for some time. You definately should check them out.
