I have four years working experience in ERP field, but I'm still puzzled in the following questions. They are,

(1) What is your most impressive project? Please give me an overview of it.
(2) What a good consultant should be, or what is the main character of a good consultant?
(3) Talk about the most impressive thing in your project management task.
(4) Talk about the difference between multi-site ERP implementation project and single-site one.
(5) What ERP can benefit the customer you think?
(6) What is communication? Why communication plays an important role in project management?
(7) In MTO manufacturing, what advice you can offer to the customer to ensure JIT?
(8) How to setup a prototype system? How long it should take? What is the deliverable?
(9) When your idea conflicts with the customerÂ’s, what should you do, and how should you do it?
(10) For the first time, as you are a young guy, and the customer is a 40-year-old very experienced manager or director, why the customer should believe you or what you said or advised? In this situation, what should you do?
(11) Do you know why the company pays you? Do you know why customers pay your company? What is the consultantsÂ’ value?
(12) What is your career path design?

Any one who write down your idea here will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.
