What skills are necessary for a person to become Baan Administrator...?
Is there any certification for the same..? What all responsibilities are involved with Baan Administration...?

Always search for similar posts before posting, there are a few threads covering administration of Baan that you should check to understand what are the tasks expected from a Baan admin., start by reading those, read the Tools administration guides and look for who provides training and their contents to understand what is needed.

There was a certification for Baan but nobody did it and I think it does not exist anymore (I knew the only one that did it and he worked for Baan by then :) )
