i have tried baaniv to baanv migration. I think the steps for baaniv to baanvi should be similar. The data migration should not be a difficulty. There was a dedicated migration team and they created a migration tool to move the data from baaniv schema to baanvi schema. What causes you effort are the processes remapping, customization migration and end user training.
