If anyone has experience implementing and using OpenWorldX specifically for sending invoices electronically from Baan IVc(4) to customers, I'd appreciate any information you can share. For example
- Time and cost to implement, resource requirement
- Adaptability to different customer needs (for example sending via email to small customers without EDI capability and via EDI, ftp XML to others); what type of requirements did your customers have as recipients of the data?
- How long you have been using OWX?
- What is your invoice volume/month, error % in transactions, how quickly are you able to correct errors/kickbacks etc.?
- If you were to start over, would you choose OWX over others in the market?
